Andy founded Montano Solutions with a clear purpose: give employers and exchange program sponsors a housing partner they can trust completely. With deep experience across QSR, hospitality, and seasonal workforce programs, Andy leads every client relationship personally and holds the operation to a standard that protects both the employer’s investment and the participant’s experience at every stage.

Junior Alexander

Housing Coordinator
Junior is the operational core of every placement. With firsthand experience as an exchange program participant himself, he brings a level of on-the-ground understanding that most housing operators simply cannot offer. He manages daily operations, supports residents through the transition, keeps properties running to standard, and makes sure every program delivers on what was promised.
